Over the summer Paul is planning to run a four week training course called “Leading Dynamic Small Groups” for small group leaders.  This would be suitable for any existing small group leaders who would like a refresher, any potential new group leaders who would like to test out whether small group leading is something that you would like to do and anyone else within TBC who thinks it would be useful training.

The course will cover:

• The importance of small groups
• Our small group values
• What makes a good group leader?
• Leading Bible studies
• Dealing with difficult characters
• Prayer and worship in small groups
• Having goals for your small group
• Being outward looking
• Developing other leaders within your group
