Brief Description of the role:

To manage the provision of the utilities used by the church building (gas, electric, broadband, telephone, water) and the other regular contracts (photocopier, cleaning).  Typical work involves:

  • Reviewing bills for accuracy
  • Providing meter readings
  • Reviewing the market and building usage to select suitable tariffs
  • Managing any changeover to new providers
  • Acting as the point of contact for queries and liaison with the suppliers.
