Brief Description of the role:

To provide friendship based spiritual, emotional and social support for church members and contacts by checking in with them on a regular basis.

To meet bi-monthly as a team for discussion and prayer for current needs.

To send records of those contacted to the admin team on a regular basis.

Confidentiality and DBS check are vital to this role.
