Brief Description of the role:

• To engage with families and provide a warm welcome.
• To work alongside families helping with either crafts or games and challenges.
• To clear away activities & lay tables ready for lunch for between 40–70 people.
• To serve lunch & sit with a family to eat lunch – lunch is provided!
• To help clear away after lunch.

It would also be fantastic if helpers felt able to share something of their own faith with the families, encourage families in their journey of faith & offer to pray with them if the opportunity arose.
