Brief Description of the role:

To manage and act as the first point of contact for our two rental properties (1 Woodlands and 17 Kootenay Avenue). 1 Woodlands is let out directly to the tenant. 17 Kootenay is let using Connells as the letting agent.

• Liaising with the agent about any issues raised by the tenants
• Liaising with the fabric team or contractors as necessary to arrange and resolve any practical issues with the houses
• Managing the changeover of any tenant – reviewing the rental rate, reviewing contract terms.
