Waitlisted: God is Listening

“There is something deeply affirming, almost something healing about really being HEARD, isn’t there? We want to know that there is someone listening…”

Welcome to TBC this Sunday, we really hope you can join us! We’ll be in the church building at 10.30 Sunday morning (don’t forget to reserve your seat using the link here) or online any time you want to watch, although lots of us still aim for 10.30 Sunday morning and then meet on Zoom for virtual coffee time afterwards. Whether you join us online or in person, don’t come to church for a service, come to church for an encounter with the God who loves you and longs to speak to you…

We are in the middle of a series called “Waitlisted”, in which we are digging in to those times when God tells us to wait, and thinking about why He does that and what else He might be doing in our lives in those waiting periods. Today Paul is speaking on sections from two of the Psalms, and he will be focusing on the fact that God is listening during the times that we are waiting – whether we talk to him or not.

After the service we’ll be having a virtual coffee time on Zoom at 11.45. This is our opportunity to catch up with friends and spend a bit of time chatting. If you’ve never joined us for one of these before we’d love to meet you, please do come and join in. For security reasons the Zoom meeting details have been sent out by email to everyone on our regular mailing list, if you haven’t received them please drop Paul an email and he will send the connection details over to you.
